Q: Are you licensed and insured?
A: Yes! We are fully licensed and insured for your peace of mind.

Q: What types of flooring can you install?
A: Hardwood, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), laminate, tile, carpet, and custom inlays.
Q: Can you help me choose flooring?
A: Absolutely! We’ll discuss your lifestyle, budget, and design goals to recommend the best options.
Q: Do you remove old flooring?
A: Yes, we offer full tear-out and haul-off services.
Q: Do you move furniture?
A: We can move most furniture for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.
Carpentry & Design
Q: What finish carpentry services do you offer?
A: Custom trim and moulding, built-ins, staircases, cabinetry installation, window and door casing, and historic restoration work.
Q: Can you match existing trim styles?
A: Yes. We take pride in delivering seamless repairs and additions that respect the character of your home.
Estimates & Scheduling
Q: How do I get an estimate?
A: Just call us or use our website contact form! We’ll schedule a visit to discuss your project and provide a detailed written estimate.
Q: Do you charge for estimates?
A: Most local estimates are free. Complex design consultations may have a fee, which we’ll discuss upfront.
Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: We recommend booking as early as possible—especially during busy seasons—to reserve your preferred dates.
